Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training

ABOUT THE TRAINING

We are excited to offer a new way of approaching Prenatal Yoga in our 40 hours of training. You will learn how to create balanced prenatal classes for the diversity of women who come to your classes. In this holistic approach, your foundations in birth education, Chinese medicine, anatomy, meditation, relaxation techniques, labor preparation techniques, as well as restorative and vinyasa yoga will be the basis for accommodating mothers who have been practicing for years as well as first time students of yoga. Yoga is an amazing tool for supporting women through their journey to motherhood, whether its their first or fifth child. The seeds that we plant as teachers through prenatal yoga, have their fruition in the growth of the child- in turn contributing to the whole of humanity.
