Deepen your understanding of yogic philosophy by studying the Yoga Sutras and the history of yoga. Sharpen your mind with Sanskrit chanting. Develop an awakened your body, heart and mind by engaging with the path of awareness.
In order to facilitate the transition from student to teacher, upon completion of the program, graduates have the valuable opportunity to assist in one of the core teachers classes for four months. This is a wonderful way for graduates to continue to hone their skills in hands on adjustments. In addition 6 graduates are selected for the special opportunity to teach community classes at Greenhouse immediately following graduation.
